At The Picnic Squad, we’re all about ambiance and excellent customer service. We want everyone that uses our business to have an exceptional experience, whatever they’re celebrating! We provide several different settings and many options for add-ons! 

How It Works

We offer 3 different picnic packages. Each has a specific style and includes the essentials for a luxury experience. Each package is 2-hour reservation and can be made for 2-6 guests. And, if you're envisioning something different, let us know—we’d love to create a customized experience just for you.

What's Included?

Each picnic package includes the following items for a 2-hour experience. If you’re interested in adding additional guests or time, please let us know in the picnic request form.

  • Small Bucket With Ice, Extra Utensils, Napkins and a Small Waste Basket.

Don’t Forget the Add-ons!

We  also offer a variety of add-ons to customize your picnic experience.  We source food and florals from several local businesses and offer a fun selection of games and other add-on's to make your picnic one of a kind.

Getting Started

Once you’ve decided on your picnic package and any add-ons, it's time to give us all the details. We’ll ask several questions to help get a feel for the occasion, and then we’ll follow up with a formalized quote based on your selections, party size, etc.

As soon as we confirm all the details, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date and take care of any food, beverages, or florals for the event. The remaining balance is due shortly before the time of the event. 

Relax and Enjoy

By the selected date, we will show up to your picnic site early to set up and create the perfect ambiance with all your selected details. We’ll greet you, make sure you have everything you need, and then leave so you can enjoy your special occasion. At the conclusion of your picnic, we will take down and clean up everything at the site.
