How it Works
STEP 1
Select Your PICNIC PACKAGE

We offer 3 different picnic packages. Each has a specific style and includes the essentials for a luxury experience. Each package is a 2-hour reservation and can be made for 2-6 guests. For any additional guests, we charge $35 per person. Additional hours are billed at $25/hour
STEP 2

We offer a variety of add-ons to customize your picnic experience. We source food and florals from several local businesses and offer a fun selection of other add-on's to make your picnic one of a kind.
STEP 3
Fill out our Picnic Request
​
Once you’ve decided on your picnic package and any add-ons, head over to our Book Now page and give us all the details. We’ll ask several questions to help get a feel for the occasion, and then we’ll follow up with a formalized quote based on your selections, party size, etc.
STEP 4
Sign our Picnic Agreement
​
Once we’ve confirmed all the details, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date and take care of any food, beverages, or florals for the event. The remaining balance is due at the time of the event. Note: deposits are non-refundable.
STEP 5
Relax, and enjoy your picnic!

We will show up to your picnic site early to set up and create the perfect ambiance with all your selected details. We’ll greet you, make sure you have everything you need, and then leave so you can enjoy your special occasion. At the conclusion of your picnic, we will take down and clean up everything at the site.
